????像很多人一樣，我也從我在LinkedIn、Facebook和Twitter上“關(guān)注”的朋友、同事和其他人那里獲取新聞和消息。

????您有什么愛(ài)好？

????瑜伽、網(wǎng)球、制作卡片和凸版印刷。長(zhǎng)篇電視劇《唐頓莊園》（Downton Abbey）。在Hearsay Social工作也相當(dāng)有趣。

????您最大的失敗是什么？

????我過(guò)去總是認(rèn)為，如果我能沉下心來(lái)全力以赴，我做什么都能比大多數(shù)人做得好，而且完完全全靠自己。這種想法是不對(duì)的，我第一次升至管理崗位時(shí)就很快發(fā)現(xiàn)了這一點(diǎn)，等到開(kāi)始創(chuàng)建Hearsay Social時(shí)我已經(jīng)完全改變了想法。真正的成功（不管你怎么定義）?是幫助別人，讓他們變得更強(qiáng)大，同時(shí)學(xué)會(huì)依靠別人。

????你最崇拜的商界或科技界人物是哪位？為什么？

????我的朋友和導(dǎo)師謝莉爾?桑德伯格，她日復(fù)一日地領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、幫助和激勵(lì)他人。我們?nèi)匀挥泻荛L(zhǎng)的路要走，由于她的勇氣和慷慨，這個(gè)世界變得更好了，我也變得更好了。

??? How do you get your news?

????Like a lot of people, I get my news from what friends, colleagues, and people I "follow" share to LinkedIn (LNKD), Facebook (FB), and Twitter.

????What do you do for fun?

????Yoga, tennis, cardmaking, and letterpress. Downton Abbey marathons. Working at Hearsay Social is pretty fun too!

????What has been your biggest failure?

????I used to think that if I really put my mind to it and worked really hard, I could do everything better than most people and be totally self-reliant. That's a flawed mindset, as I quickly discovered the first time I was??promoted to manage other people and fully internalized once we started Hearsay Social. True success -- every way you define it? -- is about serving and empowering others, and learning to depend on others.

????What business or technology person do you admire most? Why?

????My friend and mentor Sheryl Sandberg for what she does every day to lead, help, and inspire others. We still have a long way to go, but the world is a better place, and I am a better person because of her courage and generosity.

????What other companies do you admire? Why?

????I deeply admire what Aneel Bhusri and Dave Duffield have built at Workday (WDAY) balancing an open and humble culture with incredible drive and business results.
