????通用汽車EV-1,1996-1999 ????EV-1是當(dāng)代第一款量產(chǎn)的電動(dòng)汽車。不過(guò)隨著加州放寬了對(duì)零排放汽車的要求(1990年加州的《零排放法案》曾規(guī)定,1998年在加州出售的新車中,“零排放汽車”的比例要達(dá)到2%,2000達(dá)到5%,2010年達(dá)到10%,后該法案的要求被放寬——譯注),因此EV-1投產(chǎn)不久,便失去了存在的意義。這些轎車的續(xù)航能力有限,技術(shù)落后,只有800臺(tái)EV-1找到了買家。通用在每臺(tái)EV-1上的損失高達(dá)數(shù)千美元,不得不終止了EV-1項(xiàng)目,并將已售出的車輛統(tǒng)統(tǒng)召回。在此過(guò)程中,通用在公關(guān)上也陷入了極度難堪的境地。 |
